Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026. This policy covers the early-access pre-register form on shopmarshal.com. It is written to be read, not to hide behind.
What we collect, and why
At the pre-register form we collect only:
- Your email address — so we can email you when early access opens and send occasional build updates.
- Company-profile details (industry, company size, your role, and an optional company name) — so we can understand who is interested and prioritize invitations.
We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, or a phone number. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics pixels on this site, and your email is never sent to any analytics or bot-check provider.
Double opt-in
After you submit the form we email you a confirmation link. You are only added to the list once you click it. If you never confirm, your entry is not activated.
How it is stored
Your details are stored in an access-controlled database on our own Cloudflare infrastructure, encrypted at rest, with no public read path. Only an authenticated administrator can read the list.
Your choices — unsubscribe and delete
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Using it permanently deletes your address and details from our list — it is a real deletion, not a hidden “suppressed” flag. You can also request deletion by emailing support@shopmarshal.com.
Retention
We keep pre-register details only for the early-access program. If the program ends, or you ask us to, your details are deleted. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
